Marketing service
To fully leverage the advantages of fast and effective services, Shenling established a sophisticated three-level interactive service system based on its years of experience. Headquartered in Foshan, the company has set up an extensive marketing network in major cities and surrounding regions like Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chengdu, Xi’an, Jinan, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hong Kong, and a service network nationwide. Shenling has a marketing and sales team of more than 300 staff, including marketing personnel, technical personnel and professional installation and maintenance personnel. Among them, more than 50 are technical personnel, who are responsible for providing comprehensive and integrated solutions for the clients at the project planning stage.
R&D and design
The R&D center on which Shenling’s technological advancement depends is composed of a post-doctoral scientific research workstation, a national enterprise technology center, two provincial technology centers – Guangdong High-Tech Enterprise Technology Center and Guangdong Special Air-conditioning Equipment Engineering Technology R&D and Development Center, as well as five product lines. In addition, the center is equipped with a national product testing center and has established long-term and stable technological partnerships with a number of professional design institutes, scientific research institutes, colleges and universities at home and abroad, such as Siemens, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and South China University of Technology, and set up the first laboratory in domestic air-conditioning industry that was jointly constructed with Siemens.

The company has more than 190 sets of production equipment. including CNC machine tool, CNC punch machining center and other large precision equipment, 80 sets of various testing equipment, large computer terminals, multiple server workstations and microcomputers. The proportion of CNC machining equipment has increased to more than 25%, reaching a higher process equipment level of similar foreign manufacturers.
